Ordered clothes and never got them after two weeks

I bought some clothing from ripplinpactgear.com and it's been two weeks and I still don't have anything. They said the items were out for delivery but the tracking status didn't change for 4 days. So I reached out to them and asked what was going on. They just told me it looks like it was delivered. Then they didn't do anything else. I lost $300.
