Solar power sales call with no company name on the truck

This guy called me about solar power installation. I said okay, set up an appointment for the next day. He showed up saying his name was Antonio Russo. He was driving a black Dodge Ram pickup with "Riv" on the side, but it was painted on, not a magnet sticker or anything.

He told me I had to decide within 24 hours and all the dealing would be through him only. He got my phone number, email, and the last four of my social security number. Then he texted me a link to his website, Rivwithantonio.com. When I clicked on it my phone said "tracker blocked." That felt really off. No real company name on the truck or anything.
