Ordered a pillow that was terrible and now they won't reply

I ordered a pillow from rlinens.com and when it finally showed up it was just really bad quality. Like substandard. I've been trying for over a week to get a hold of them to return it. I tried email, their online chat, and even called the number they have listed (720) 334-6638. Nothing. No one answers or writes back.

Their website says they have a return policy and I followed it exactly. But they are just ignoring me. I spent $109 on this thing and they have an address on 16th Street Mall in Denver but I don't even know if that's real. Just want my money back or to send this pillow back.
