Got a bill in the mail for a healthcare account I never had

I got this notice in the mail saying I owe $97.00 to United HealthCare Services. It says the bill was due in December 2025 and that it's been turned over to their business. The thing is, I have never had an account with United HealthCare. Not ever. The notice came from RMS Customer Support, with an address in Fogelsville, PA. They list a website, www.rmscustomersupport.com, and a phone number, (888) 545-4170. I don't owe this money and I don't know why they're contacting me.
