Voicemail about family member using someone named Tony

Got a voicemail from someone named Tony saying he’s with RMS. He left it two different days. Used my family member’s name in the message.

The transcript from my iPhone says “Hi, my name is Tony. I’m with RMS. I’m trying to reach (family member name).” Then he goes on about some personal business matter that needs attention and cooperation. Says it’s not a sales call and gave a number 844-750-0045 with extension 2004. Asked me to call back.

No company name on the caller ID besides that. Just feels off. Didn’t call back.
