Called them for a tow and ended up with extra charges on my card

I called this number (877) 781-7245 thinking it was a tow company when my car overheated. Instead they were just a middle-man company that took my info and wasted a lot of time setting up a service. I paid them with my debit card thinking it was for the tow.

But when the actual tow truck showed up they charged me separately in cash. The two guys I talked to on the phone hardly knew any English and were really hard to understand. Then they used my card in two other states after that. I had my card on freeze so it didn't go through luckily but this is not a real towing company.
