Got a text about winning a TV after a survey

I got a text message saying I could get a TV if I took a survey. So I did the survey. Next thing I know, they said I won and needed to pay a fee to get the prize. It was $10. I paid it.

Nothing ever came. No TV, no follow-up, nothing. The address they gave was in Rockaway, NJ. I just lost my money for nothing. It felt off from the start but I did it anyway. Now I'm out ten dollars and have no way to contact them.
