Got a weird letter about my mortgage with wrong loan info

I got this letter with a perforated edge in the mail. It says they've been trying to reach me about something important with my mortgage and to call the number listed. But the ID number and my loan number they gave don't match at all. The loan amount they mentioned isn't my current loan amount either.

I checked all my loan information on the app and there's nothing about this letter. It came from a PO box in Jacksonville, Florida. This is the second scam thing I've gotten this week that's pretending to be about Rocket Mortgage. I'm going to contact the real Rocket Mortgage to let them know what's going on.
