Letter about a home warranty for someone who hasn't lived here in 15 years

Got a letter in the mail on June 30th from something called Rocket MTG LLC. It was addressed to my adult daughter but she hasn't lived at this address for like 15 years. It said it was a final notice about a property warranty secured by them and I needed to call to verify.

So I called the number on it, 1 (888) 329-6730, and some guy answered. I told him the person on the letter doesn't live here and never had a home warranty at this address. He tried to tell me I would be liable to pay three thousand dollars if I didn't take care of it. I just hung up because I knew it was probably a scam. I don't have any warranty with them and I never even heard of Rocket MTG LLC before this.
