Ordered hats from a website that looked real but never got anything

I found this website for hats and they had a really nice display online, everything looked fine. I ordered and paid $69.09. That was it. Never got any hats. No tracking number, no reply when I emailed them at [email protected]. The address they had was in NY, USA but I don't know if that's even real. Just felt off after I paid.
