Ordered a book from Rolzilos.com and it never showed up

I was looking for Theo Baker’s book, How to Rule the World. Found it on Rolzilos.com for about half price, $14.00. Seemed like a good deal so I bought it with my VISA card.

They sent me a follow-up email after I ordered. But that was two weeks ago and the book still hasn’t come. I’m starting to think this whole thing is a scam. Their address says 533 S Grant St, Casper, WY, but I don’t know if that’s even real.
