Phone call saying I was approved for a loan I never applied for

Got a call from this number (877) 332-7157. Guy named Roman said I was approved for a loan that I applied for. But I never applied for any loan.

He kept pushing me to give him some kind of fee to get the money released. I told him I didn't apply for anything but he just kept talking. I hung up.

No money lost but it felt weird. Just a random call about a loan I never asked for.
