Paid fifty dollars to talk to someone who wasn’t real
Then they started asking for money. Small stuff at first. I sent $50 because they said they needed help with a bill. After I sent it I noticed the messages started sounding weird. Like copied and pasted. I asked to video call and they kept making excuses.
I found out later it was an AI bot the whole time. Just a program pretending to be a person. Felt pretty stupid honestly. No real company name anywhere I could find. Just a fake profile and a waste of my time.
