Text saying I won $500,000 from a Powerball jackpot

Got a text from someone named Jerry Heath saying he won the Powerball and wanted to donate $500,000 to me. Said to text his manager Ronald Allen at 1(641) 980-3204 with some winning code. Then I texted that number and Ronald Allen said I needed to give my full name to check the winning list.

Didn't make sense. I never entered any Powerball or scratch-off game. The whole thing felt strange right away. No company name on anything, just a phone number. I didn't send any money but it was still annoying getting my hopes up like that.
