Email about an order I didn’t place with no way to reach them

Got an email today saying an order was placed and confirmed by Rosabella, some company in Sheridan, Wyoming. I never asked for any product. They charged my account $107.87.

I tried calling them all day and nobody answered. If it looks like a scam, it probably is. I already contacted my bank to block the charge and report it as fraud.

Rosabella beetroot is a total scam don't order it

Rosabella beetroot, do not buy or even order it. They have no contact phone #. It's a scam. I tried looking them up and there is no way to reach anyone. The email they gave is [email protected] but that doesn't help. They say they are in FL, USA but I don't know. I just wanted the beetroot stuff and nothing came. Money is gone.
