Charged for a subscription I never set up and can't cancel

I ordered a promotional item from Rosabella that came with a subscription, but I never actually set up an account. Somehow they had all my details—my name, email, physical address, and payment info. Later, I went back to the website to cancel the subscription, but it said there wasn't one under my email.

Then two months later, they charged me for another shipment. I finally found an email for customer service, and they told me I have an active subscription. They sent a link to their customer portal, but I never made a username or password, so I still can't get in to manage anything.

I tried to get someone to stop the order, but everything is done through email. There aren't any phone numbers listed, so they just never responded.
