Ordered beetroot capsules and got extra bottles I didn't ask for

I ordered Beetroot capsules from Rosabella.com. I thought I paid for 2 bottles and got 2 free, so $180 plus tax and shipping, total over $200. But I came home and found a package with 6 bottles. I never approved any automatic purchases.

There's no way to contact them. The only info on the package is an address at 2407 W North Ave, Melrose Park IL 60160 and a phone number 666-666-6666. Just looking at that number you know it's a scam. It's a shipping company that ships for different companies and they said you can't return it to them. So no way to reach a real person to stop the automatic shipments. If that's not a scam I don't know what is. I'm very dissatisfied with Rosabella Beetroot, they are scammers.

Cancelled my subscription but they keep taking money from my account

I cancelled my subscription with Rosabella.com back in December. I never even ordered some of the products they charged me for, and the one thing I did get from my first order was recalled because of salmonella. I contacted their customer service help email to ask for a refund and got nowhere.

I changed my cards and froze my accounts, but they still found a way to debit my account. It doesn't make any sense. This has to be some kind of fraud.

I know I can't be the only one this is happening to. They just won't stop taking money.
