Ordered from a boutique in Charleston but got a cheap fake instead

I ordered from this website rosaliaboutiquecharleston.com because they said they were a company in Charleston, South Carolina. The pictures on the site looked really nice, like good quality stuff. So I spent $59.99.

When the package came it was totally different. It was a cheap counterfeit replica, nothing like the photos. I tried to contact them through their email [email protected] to return it. They said they would give me 10% refund and told me to just keep the fake item. That’s it. So I’m out almost sixty bucks for some junk I didn’t even want.
