Charged nearly $50 for two stuffed cows after checkout price changed

I went to buy a stuffed cow from Rosaplush.com. The price was $9.95 plus $4.95 shipping. But when I checked out, somehow a second cow for $4.95 was added and the shipping changed to $9.95. I didn't understand it.

Then I got two emails. One said the $9.95 cow now had $19.95 shipping, total $29.90. The second email said I got the $4.95 cow but shipping was $14.95, total $19.90. Together that's $49.80 they took from me.

I messaged the company right away using their support email. It's been a full week now and I haven't heard anything back. No reply at all.

Bought a weighted plush cow and got a tiny, cheap toy instead

I saw an ad for a highland cow plush from rosaplush.com. It was supposed to be a 4-pound cow, about 18 inches tall, with weights in the hooves and a removable weighted belly pouch you could heat up. What showed up was maybe 8 inches tall, just a light air-soft plush with a zipper on the side. No weight anywhere. It wasn't even close to what was advertised.

They don't do refunds. They also never mentioned that buying it signs you up for some "membership." A week later they tried to charge my card an extra $39.97. They didn't get it because the card I used was only loaded for the first purchase, which was $39.84. The whole thing feels like a scam.
