Dress from roschic.com looked nothing like the pictures

I ordered a dress from roschic.com and what showed up was just a cheaply made thing that didn't look anything like the photos on their site. It was really bad quality.

So I tried to return it and they said the return has to go to China and it would cost a lot and they couldn't even promise I'd get my money back because the package might not clear customs. Then they offered me $3 instead of a refund. I paid $57.98. Their email is [email protected]. It's obviously a scam website from China.
