Paid deposit for a puppy and then the carrier wanted more money

I bought a puppy from Rose Dale and paid a $300 deposit. Then the puppy was sent to some carrier called Swift. I talked to a man on the phone, no name, at 934-227-9373.

It was the exact same thing that happened to another puppy buyer I heard about. The carrier wanted $700 for a crate and then another $1500 for insurance. I lost $500 total. I never got the puppy.
