Ordered jeans that never showed up and they say delivered

I saw this ad for 501 jeans for only 29.99 so I ordered a pair. Then they added shipping 7.99, sales tax 1.50, and another 1.99 charge. Total came to 41.47.

It's been a month now and nothing arrived. I keep emailing them at [email protected] and they just keep saying the product was delivered. It wasn't. No tracking or anything that makes sense. Just wasted my money.
