Website says easy returns but they only offered store credit at first
I bought something from roselva.com and their website says they have an “easy 30 day return policy.” So when I wanted to send it back I asked about the return. First they said I could only get in-store credit. Then they said they’d give me 15% of what I paid back and I keep the items. I said no to that.
Then they offered 30% back and I keep the items and said that’s their final offer. I paid $79.90 for this. Their phone number is (168) 721-6087 and email is [email protected]. They just kept changing what they would do.
