Ad on Tik Toc for a boneless couch I never got

I saw an ad on Tik Toc for a boneless couch for 9.99 so I bought one and added delivery insurance. I got one email after that and nothing else.

They took 15 dollars from me. The email was from [email protected] and the phone number they had was 1(862) 600-3369. I never got any tracking or anything. Just the one email and then nothing.
