Email about computer security renewal from someone named Phillip

I got an email from this address [email protected] saying it was a renewal for computer security protection. The email was from someone named Phillip, which is a name I do not recognize at all. I never signed up for anything like that.

They wanted me to pay $2.54 for it. I don't even know what company this is supposed to be from. The phone number they gave was (803) 239-9039 and it looks like they are based in South Carolina.

It just felt strange getting a bill from a name I never heard of for something I didn't buy. I didn't call the number or reply to the email.
