TikTok ad for hoodless hoodies never showed up and no refund

I saw this ad on TikTok for hoodless hoodies and ordered one. It said delivered but nothing was there. They said they would resend it, so I waited and again it said delivered but still nothing showed up.

They told me they would refund my money like 2 months ago. I still have not gotten any refund. I lost about 50 dollars on this. Just want my money back.
