Ordered sweatshirts from TikTok shop and never got them

I saw an offer on TikTok shop for sweatshirts with pockets. Ordered the product February 27th. Still haven't received anything.

They said they would issue a refund but they haven't done that either. I tried to get back on their website rosirashop.com and it keeps saying it's not working. So I can't even check on my order or contact them. Lost about 48 dollars and some change.
