Ordered linen sheets but got cheap polyester with no labels

I got taken in by a story about a couple who stayed somewhere and the sheets on the bed were wonderful, pure linen. I was looking for natural fiber sheets. The reviews on the site were great…not the case anymore. I placed the order before checking a neutral site for reviews. When I read the bad reviews I emailed Roskia and got a response the next day saying the order couldn't be cancelled because it was “already in process.” But if I didn’t like them when they arrived, I should reach back out and she would make sure “I wasn’t stuck with them.” Strange choice of words.

The sheets arrived 4 weeks later. They are definitely not linen. Feel like cheap polyester blend. White stitching on dark green shiny material. No labels of any kind on the sheets. I have emailed customer service multiple times with no response.
