Voicemail about a civil suit in a county I don't live in

Got a voicemail from someone saying they were from Ross and Miller. They said they were threatening a civil suit against me in a county I don't even live in, and they mentioned an address I don't live at. Said they were delivering a letter.

It was a phishing call. The number they called from was (888) 872-1956. I don't know what they wanted but it felt weird. I didn't lose any money or anything.
