Phone call claiming a civil judgment against me

Got a call from someone named John Cooper saying he was from the Missouri state processing center. He said Ross and Miller wanted to file a notice of intent for a civil judgment against me in Ralls County. Left a message saying a courier would be dispatched to my address if the motion went through.

The number he called from was 1(417) 250-2926 and he gave a different number to call back at 888-872-1956 with some reference number. I never heard of Ross and Miller or any of this. They didn’t give me any proof or paperwork. Just sounded like a threat to get me to call back.
