Ordered a gold initial bracelet online and got a cheap fake instead

I googled ROSS'S DRESS FOR LESS GOLD INITIAL BRACELET because I saw one in a Ross store but it didn't have my initial. So I went online to order one with my initial. I found the exact same one and paid for it.

A couple weeks later I got the package but it wasn't the bracelet I ordered. It was a cheap 2 dollar bracelet that would definitely break if you wore it once. I tried calling them at (888) 980-6488 but only got an answering machine. I left 7 messages and nobody ever called me back. I lost 48 dollars.
