Saw an ad for cheap Carhartt shirts, paid and got nothing

I saw an ad on Facebook from these people. They were advertising 20 Carhartt t-shirts for just $39.99. It seemed like a really good deal, so I went ahead and placed an order. The website was Rosvayameadowcot.com.

I paid the $39.99, plus there was a small fee, so the total came to $40.99. The money came out of my account right away. But I never got any shipping confirmation or tracking number. Nothing ever showed up. I tried to go back to the website to check on the order or contact someone, and the site was just gone. It's a complete scam. I'm out over forty dollars and got absolutely nothing for it.
