Ordered discounted clothes and never got anything from them

I found this site selling clothes at a discount so I placed an order. I never got the merchandise. I emailed them at [email protected] and they said they would send it again. Still nothing showed up. Now they are telling me they can only refund 70% of what I paid. I lost $40.00 on this.
