Ordered clothes from Rosvine and never got my package
I sent them email after email because there’s no phone number to call anyone. They told me I’d get a 60% refund and they could file a claim with the courier to find my package. That never happened. No claim was filed and I never got the 60% refund.
Every time I email them I get the same generic reply saying my refund was issued successfully. They sent a screenshot that just says “Refund Successful” with no name or proof it was actually sent to me. They couldn’t show any proof the item was delivered, couldn’t name the courier, and couldn’t show proof of the refund.

Then they said they are processing my refunds. That was over two months ago. Every time I email [email protected] I get the same generic reply saying their team is still working on it. I don't think they ever sent anything or plan to refund me. Just keep getting the same line over and over.

By January 19th, I still had nothing, so I asked for a refund. It's now way past that. I haven't gotten my money back and I never got what I ordered. I'm out $39 and have nothing to show for it.

I've asked for a refund multiple times, emailing [email protected]. Every time I get a run around. They just won't give me my money back. It's been really frustrating trying to get this sorted out.
