Ordered from Rosvine, never got my items or a refund

I bought something from Rosvine online back on November 19th. The next day I got a notice saying my stuff had shipped. Weeks went by and nothing came. I emailed them on December 11th to ask what was going on. They sent me a screenshot of a tracking page that just said "in transit." It never showed delivered and I never got a package.

By January 19th, I still had nothing, so I asked for a refund. It's now way past that. I haven't gotten my money back and I never got what I ordered. I'm out $39 and have nothing to show for it.

Ordered clothes from Rosvine, never got them and can't get a refund

I placed an order for clothes on www.rosvine.com. My money was taken, $36, but the items never showed up. I never received it.

I've asked for a refund multiple times, emailing [email protected]. Every time I get a run around. They just won't give me my money back. It's been really frustrating trying to get this sorted out.
