Charged for a hair removal oil I never received

I saw a video on Instagram for an oil to remove facial hair, called Rotundas oil. I decided to buy it. They charged my card twice, for a total of $44.36.

I never got the oil. When I looked at the receipt from my card, the charges are from a different site name and a different address than what was shown. The address on the receipt is 2452 Gillingham Circle, Thousand Oaks, CA 91362.

It doesn't make any sense. I just want my money back for a product I never got.
