Ordered boots from rovinna.com and got nothing back

I ordered some western boots and a handbag from rovinna.com. The website looked fine and they had what I wanted so I paid. It was about 16 dollars so not a ton but still.

That was a while ago and nothing ever showed up. I tried emailing [email protected] and nobody wrote back. The website is rovinna.com and they also have wholesale.rovinna.com. I just wanted the stuff I paid for. Feels like a total waste of time and money.
