Bought a unit that never turned on and now they won’t answer
I ordered from their website rovsun.com and paid over two grand. When the product came in the mail I got it installed and it never even turned on. This was still under warranty so I figured they’d replace it.
But they took forever to answer my emails. Really slow. Then when I asked for a refund they just stopped talking to me completely. I’ve sent them more than ten emails over the last few weeks and nothing back. Not a single reply.
So now I’m out $2079 and I have to pay someone to take out the dead system and put in a new one. [email protected] is useless.
