Bought something on Facebook and never got it

I bought an item on Facebook on May 8, 2026, paid with my credit card. Rowgins emailed me saying it was shipped and delivered but I never got it.

I emailed [email protected] to tell them I never received my item. They never responded. Then the Rowgins website got taken off my Facebook page. I lost $123.58.
