Ordered from a Facebook ad and never got the product

I placed an order from a Facebook program on March 29, 2026. They gave me an order number rowspg-5662437 and charged my credit card $650.00. They also gave me a tracking number SDH0094694961 but it never showed anything.

I checked the tracking a bunch of times and it just never updated. The package never came. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no one ever got back to me. I don't know what else to do.
