Ordered a cat and then he tried to squeeze me for more money

I bought a cat from this guy Mike Vincent who says he owns Royal Kitten USA. I paid him for the cat and also gave him a delivery fee already. Then when the day came for the cat to be delivered he called me and said I needed to pay like four times what I already paid just to get it delivered.

He just kept asking for more money and wouldnt send the cat. I already lost about a thousand dollars on this. The website is RoyalKittenUSA.com and his email is [email protected]. He’s based out of Baltimore, MD. The phone number he used was (443) 800-1026.

I never got the cat and I never got my money back either.
