Paid for a basenji puppy that never showed up

I found this guy online selling basenji puppies. He said he had an 8 week old baby basenji blink ready to go. Said he would have the dog transported all the way to NY for me.

So I paid him $1700. Never got the dog. He took the money and just stopped replying. His website is royalsenjies.com and his email is [email protected]. Phone number is (661) 332-0604. Address he gave is somewhere in Colorado.

I never got any proof he even had the dog. Just feels like a straight up scam.
