Ordered clothes from royanusa.com and never got them

I ordered some clothing from royanusa.com and paid $34.99. That was over two months ago and I still haven't gotten anything. I emailed them a bunch of times at [email protected] and all they keep saying is "it's in transit." Two months in transit? That doesn't make any sense. I just want my money back or my clothes.
