Got a fake traffic court text about a toll where I've never been

I got this text message saying it was a traffic court notice. It had a link to settle a toll payment for a place I've never even been to. The message said my driver's license would be suspended, my vehicle registration held, and my SSN reported to the credit bureau.

The text came from a phone number, (906) 204-5588. The link in it went to a website, HTTP://wa.rrrvgb.cc/dol. It all felt really off, so I didn't click on anything. They listed an address in Seattle too, 516 3rd avenue, but it's just a scam.
