Sent money for an ad in a fishing guide and now they keep charging my card

I emailed them about advertising in The Yachting & Sportfishing Guide to the Emerald Coast. They sent me the ad specs and an invoice for $1400.00. I paid it and the check cleared under RSK Media Consulting.

About three months later I see another charge for $1100 on my credit card. I called the business owner and he said it was a mistake and he would get it reimbursed. I never got that money back. Then one month after that another charge for $700 showed up. Now five months later another $700 just hit my card. So I lost $3900 total. I keep calling but nothing gets fixed.
