Ordered a pet toy three months ago and still nothing

I ordered a pet toy from this company and it’s been three months now. Still no product. They keep emailing me saying there was a bad batch of whatever. That’s what they always say.

I paid fifty dollars. The website made it seem like a normal pet toy seller. At first I thought okay maybe there’s a delay. But three months is a long time. I keep getting the same excuse about a bad batch. No tracking number or anything.

I don’t know what else to do. The emails still come but no toy.
