Facebook ad led to a website that disappeared after I paid

I saw an ad on Facebook and clicked through to their site, ruckusball.com. This was April 8th. I placed an order and paid $69.99.

Now the website is just gone. Defunct. No way to contact them or get my money back. I never got what I ordered.
