Ordered flowers online but got something completely different

I ordered artificial outdoor flowers from runheofficial. The website looked fine. But when the charge showed up on my credit card, the company name was Avant-garde Service in Temple City CA. That didn't match at all.

The flowers came in an envelope from Skyvolk, Inc in Gary IN. They don't look anything like the ads. I tried calling and emailing runheofficial support but nobody ever answered. I just want to return them.

My Mastercard did send me an alert when the charge went through. I paid $192.94. Now I'm stuck with stuff I didn't really order.
