Ordered big flower bundles but got something completely different

I ordered from runheofficial.com because the pictures showed these beautiful big bundles of flowers. It looked really nice so I paid $188.49.

When I got the package it was not what I ordered at all. They sent me an email with an order number but the flowers inside were not the same ones I picked. No big bundles like the ad showed. Just something else.

I tried checking the website and the address is in New Territories but I don't know who to talk to. The phone number they gave is (515) 249-5545 but I'm not sure if that even works. Support email is [email protected]. I just want what I paid for.
