Ordered shoes in December, still no shoes or refund

I bought some shoes from Runwayelle back in December. I got an email saying my order was delivered, but it wasn't. I reached out to them and they said they'd resend it. Then I got another email saying it was delivered. Again, nothing showed up.

I emailed them again and they offered me a small part of my money back. I refused and asked for a full refund. They told me it would take 15 business days. I placed this order in December. It's April now. No shoes and no refund.

They just keep sending the same email response over and over. I'm out $40.

Ordered shoes from Runwayelle, never got them or my money back

I ordered some Hey Dudes shoes from Runwayelle. They never sent them. First they said the shoes were delivered, but they never were. Then they said they resent them, but they never did. Then they said they refunded me, and I'm still arguing about that. I have yet to get a refund for the $51.10.

Ordered clothes from a TikTok link, never got anything after two months

I saw a link on TikTok for a site called Runwayelle and I bought nine items from them. I paid with my card. A month later, the tracking said everything was delivered, but I never got a single thing.

I tried to get them to send the items again. They sent another tracking number and I waited 23 more weeks. Still nothing showed up. Now it's been over two months total.

They said I have to wait another month to maybe get my money back. I'm out $37.50 and I have nothing to show for it. I tried emailing [email protected] but got no real help.
