Got a weird call threatening to file a claim against me

I got a call from someone saying they're from Rutherford county. They said it was a final attempt to assist me with resolving a matter in their office. They told me they were going to approve the status of filing a claim against me out of Rutherford county to avoid an order against my assets. It felt really off. They said to contact their office immediately at 520-675-1287. I don't have any matter with them. I never signed up for anything or owed anything to a Rutherford county office. The whole thing didn't make sense and seemed like a scam to scare me.
